Processing includes verifying your order details, confirming payment, and carefully packaging your clothing, women’s shirts, and other items to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care with delicate items, such as lightweight women’s shirts, ensuring they are wrapped and boxed to maintain their quality and avoid wrinkles or stains.
Please note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, bringing our curated collection of clothing and women’s shirts to customers across the globe. Important: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted territories. If you provide a PO box as your shipping address, your order may be delayed or canceled, and we will notify you promptly to resolve the issue.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Our like women’s shirts and casual clothing typically have lower shipping costs. All fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you’ll know the total cost upfront.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email includes a unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order via the “Track Your Order” page on freedailysamples.com by entering your order number and email address.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order is shipped, as it may take time for the carrier to process and display the details.
6. Handling & Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our clothing, women’s shirts, and other products are wrapped in protective tissue paper and placed in sturdy boxes to avoid wrinkles, stains, or damage during transit. For fragile items (if applicable), we use additional padding to provide extra protection.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at freedailysamples@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
7. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at freedailysamples@outlook.com as soon as possible. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
8. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country’s government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or additional fees, as these are outside of our control.
