Shipping Fees

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
7–15 Business Days
Our standard shipping option offers reliable delivery at a more economical cost. Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete.
3–7 Business Days
Expedited shipping may be available for selected destinations for an additional charge. Availability will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Where available, the email will include your tracking number and tracking information so you can follow the shipment's progress.
Handling & Packaging
We take care when preparing your wellness device and its accessories for shipment. Products are packed securely to reduce the risk of movement or damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and provide your order number together with clear photos or video showing the issue.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at artdealrchic@outlook.com as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be attempted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once a package has entered the carrier network, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
